Deploying resources in the most efficient manner
We ensure all resources are deployed in the most efficient and precise manner. Conserving the environment and protecting business interests of stakeholders have been something of utmost importance.
Our Effort
Fabrication of metal exhausts an abundance of resources. Therefore, our production arm works very closely with the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) department as well as the testing center, with the dual goals of resource potential maximization and zero hazardous waste emission. We take targeted measures in each the following aspects:
Hazardous waste management
Hiring reputable thrid-party vendors for the recycling and headling of industrial waste containing lead, nickel, phosphorice acid, etc.
Conducting regular tests on rainwater samples as well as water samples obtained from sewage discharge systems
Upholding the principle of source redusction by introducing apparatus such as saline evaporation systems, sludge dehydrators, phosphoric acid distillers, etc.
Clean energy
Guided by sustainability, we actively drive a green, low-carbon energy transition. In 2025, operational electricity use totaled 353 million kWh, including 350+ million kWh of green power (with 2.996 million kWh from self-built PV). A new 20 MWh energy storage system further boosted our green power integration.
We’ve now achieved 100% green power operational coverage—comprising 100% renewable and 100% clean energy—fully eliminating fossil fuel reliance.
Annually, we undergo strict ISO 14064 GHG verification to benchmark our carbon reduction against global standards.
Environmental conservation
Reduce – reducing usage of non-biodegradable materials (such as plastic) during the production planning stage
Reuse – reusing lipophilic cutting oil that has been properly handled
Recycle – establishing a nichrome recycling system to self-sustain a reusable water cycle during the anodization phase
Replace – using towels instead of disposable cloths when cleaning metal surfaces and manufacturing equipment
